Ship your broken carbon frame with confidence: how to get pro level repairs from anywhere in the us
Crashing happens — it’s part of riding hard. Whether you tagged a rock on a gravel descent or got tangled up in a group ride sprint, that crack in your carbon frame doesn’t have to mean the end of your bike. At Natural State Carbon Repair, we help riders all over the country keep the bike they already love with repairs that look and perform like new — no matter where they ride.
You Don’t Have to Live in Northwest Arkansas to Get a Professional Carbon Repair
While our workshop is based in Northwest Arkansas — a cycling destination known for its singletrack and gravel — we regularly receive frames from riders across the U.S. It’s easier than most people think. All it takes is a few photos and a short quote request through our website. Once we assess the damage, we’ll walk you through the next steps for packing and shipping. You’ll get a clear repair plan, upfront pricing, and turnaround times before you ever send your frame out. As riders ourselves, we understand the stress of not knowing how long it will take to get back on our bike. With Natural State Carbon Repair you don’t have to wonder. We pride ourselves in not only being carbon repair specialists, but also being a rider in your community.
Safe, Simple Shipping
Shipping a carbon frame might sound nerve-wracking, but we aim to make it simple. Riders usually use a standard bike box (available at most bike shops) or one from their last online bike purchase. A bit of bubble wrap or pipe insulation around the tubes keeps things secure. We also suggest dropout spacers to keep the frame stable and supported. Personally, I always like to try to put a secondary box inside the full sized box to act as a support for the sides of the outer box if possible. Please reach out if you have any questions or concerns about how to pack your frame for shipping. This applies if you are shipping your bike to us or even just trying to preventatively protect your bike on the way to your next event.
Once it arrives at our shop, your frame is logged, inspected, and prepped for repair. We document each step with photos so you know exactly what’s happening while it’s here.
Ready to Ride Again — Wherever You Are
When the repair’s complete, we’ll ship your frame back protected and ready for reassembly. Because we’re riders ourselves, we treat every repair like it’s our own frame. Whether it’s a $2,000 gravel bike or a $12,000 race machine, the goal is the same: strength, precision, and a clean finish that makes it look like it never happened.
If your frame’s cracked, paint is chipped, or you have concerns about anything — don’t replace it yet. Get a quote from Natural State Carbon Repair, and we’ll show you how easy it is to get factory-level results without leaving home
